Yongcheng Xingye company is a professional enterprise that integrates steel structure engineering, new building panels, and prefabricates house series, etc. Yongcheng Xingye(in short as YCXY) company includes 3 companies: Beijing Yongcheng Xingye Steel Structure Co., Ltd., and Beijing Yongcheng Xingye Light Steel & Color Plate Co., Ltd., and Hebei branch company.
Beijing Yongcheng Xingye Light Steel & Color Plate Co., Ltd. was early founded in 2003 in Shunyi District of Beijing, the capital of China. The main products are various types of profiled metal panels for buildings. In order to undertake construction engineering, Beijing Yongcheng Xingye Steel Structure Co., Ltd. was established in 2009. With the development of the light steel structure house and the prefabricate house, YCXY built the production base in 2023, which locates in Fucheng County of Hebei province, which is 260km south of Beijing City. The production base covers an area of 60292.00 square meters and the production workshop is 36643.00 square meters. Thus, the company has developed into a comprehensive enterprise with three core businesses: steel structure engineering, new building panels, and integrated house.
The company has been committed to the technological development of steel structure construction. Since its establishment, YCXY has undertaken many large-scale, complex, and influential construction projects. The accumulated technical experience has laid a solid technological advantage and enhanced the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Now YCXY has more than 120 employees, including 2 senior engineers, 5 professional designers, 2 economic managers, 5 engineers and 10 assistant engineers, 10 production Management Personnel, engineering and workshop professional and technical personnel more than 80. YCXY also has the advanced equipment, including the automatic CNC steel structure production lines, NC Metal Profiling Panel Production Line, NC Cutting Production line and etc.
Up to now, YCXY has the ability to process steel structure with the annual production capacity of 30,000 tons. The high quality steel plate is completely selected as the production raw material, which is produced by the famous steel plant. In the professional workshop, the steel plate is cut by laser numerical control cutting machine and numerical control flame cutting machine, which is advanced in the world. The main welding pass adopts submerged arc welding machine, the secondary welding pass is the shielded welding by carbon dioxide and hand arc welding. The assembly accuracy fully meets the construction quality according to the drawings.
The profiled panel production system has more than 20 varieties, 18 production lines, adopts the computer fully automatic control system, with annual production capacity of 1 million square meters. The sandwich panels include the different insulation materials such as PU, Rock wool , glass wool, EPS and so on. The annual production capacity is more than 150,000 cubic meters.
