The construction process of the foundation is as follows: Earthwork excavation; Foundation treatment; Foundation cushion layer; Binding steel bars; Foundation concrete pouring; Maintenance. The steel structure framework is connected by the high strength bolts. The fire resistance of steel members reach the fire resistance limit according to the requirements of the architectural profession. The fire resistance level of the building is Grade II, and the fire resistance limit of steel columns shall not be less than 2.5 hours, the fire resistance limit of steel beams shall not be less than 1.5 hours, and the fire resistance limit of steel purlins shall not be less than 1 hour.
In the professional workshop members including steel columns and beams were processed according to the detailed drawings of steel structure construction. Total weight of steel components is about 100 tons, with a processing cycle of 7-10 days.
