In order to facilitate transportation of the expandable container house in standard container, the folded houses are divided into three models as follows.

The standard expandable container house is equipped with Q235 steel frame. The steel structure frame includes the beams, columns and purlins. The EPS sandwich panels are adopted as the interior and exterior wall panels and roof panels. Electrical systems are customized according to different countries' certification requirements for circuits and sockets. Materials of window can be selected from alloy aluminum, bridge cut aluminum, or plastic steel. The entrance door can be made of steel, aluminum alloy, bridge cut aluminum, or titanium magnesium alloy.
