Hebei Bosheng Food Co., LTD planned to build 2 workshops for the health-care food production with the capacity of 4000 tons per year. The structural form of the factory buildings adopts a multi-story steel structure. The roof is a portal steel frame structure. Beijing Yongcheng Xingye Steel Structure Co,.LTD undertook the tasks which include the detailed drawing deepening, the structure components processing and manufacturing for this project.
Firstly, engineers established a TEKLA model based on the design drawings. The model would generate machining drawings for each component. In the workshop of the production base, steel plates were precisely cut by laser cutting machines. Workers would perform processes such as chamfering, assembly, welding, end milling, correction, assembly, polishing, shot blasting, and painting before the components left the factory. According to the installation plan, these components would be transported to the construction site in advance.
On July 5, 2025, at 8:30 am, the first steel column began to be hoisted.
On July 14, 2025, at 9:20 am, the main beam was lifted. Hebei Bosheng Food Co., LTD held ceremony to celebrate the main beam installation.
