The pressed steel plate that supports the concrete of the floor is known as the floor deck. The Steel Bar Truss Deck is adapt to the requirements of rapid construction of the main steel structure and provide a firm work platform in a short period of time. The steel-bars truss deck is a new generation of floor decks developed by construction engineers.
The steel-bars truss deck is a new generation of floor decks developed by construction engineers. The steel bars in the floor deck are processed into steel bar trusses using semi-automatic sheet metal welding equipment in the factory to replace the raised height and bearing capacity of the floor deck.
This system integrates the steel bars in the concrete floor slab with the construction template. During the construction procedure, the steel-bars truss decks can withstand the weight of wet concrete on the floor slab and the construction load. During the usage period, the upper and lower chord steel bars of the steel truss work together with the concrete as a whole to withstand the usage load.
The steel-bars truss deck is formed by connecting the steel truss and the bottom sheet through resistance spot welding. The steel-bars truss is made of steel bars, which are used as the upper chord, lower chord and web bars according to the different position. The bottom sheet can be made of galvanized steel plate or the cold-rolled steel plate.

Before laying the steel-bars truss decks, the reference line should be set according to the starting position shown on the drawing. The first board should be aligning with the reference line and the other boards are installed in sequence. The connection of the boards adopts a fastening method, and the hook connection between the boards should be tight to ensure that there is no leakage when pouring concrete.
