Color Steel Pressure Plates are usually classified in various ways based on their application location, plate height, overlapping structure and material. The steel sheet is cold-formed into various wave shapes by rolling. It has been widely applied in industrial and civil buildings, warehouses, large-span steel structure houses, roofs, walls and interior and exterior wall decorations.
Color Steel Pressure Plate is a type of profiled corrugated sheet made of color coated steel plate,which is cold-formed into various wave shapes by rolling. It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, rich colors, convenient and fast construction, earthquake resistance, fire resistance, rain resistance, long service life, and so on. It is suitable for industrial and civil buildings, large-span steel structure houses, roofs, walls and interior and exterior wall decorations.
Profiled steel sheets are classified by the construction method of board joints, including overlapping adjacent panels, clip- lock panels, and standing seam roof panels. The medium and high wave boards with biting edges and buckles are suitable for use as roof panels with high waterproof requirements; Overlapping medium and high wave galvanized sheets for use as floor covers; Overlapping low wave panels are suitable for use as wall panels.
Profiled steel sheets for building are divided into three categories by application location, including roof panels, wall panels and floor support panels. The roof panel should choose clip- lock panels or standing seam roof panels with hidden fasteners. When using overlapping adjacent panels with exposed fasteners, the edge shape of the overlapping plate should form a waterproof cavity structure. The floor deck should adopt a closed end plate type. Vertical wall panels should use overlapping adjacent panels with exposed fasteners, while horizontal wall panels should use overlapping adjacent panels with concealed fasteners.
The common models of the profiled steel sheets is as follows:
Ⅰ-Standing Seam Roof Panels(180°)
Ⅱ-Standing Seam Roof Panels(360°)
Ⅲ-Overlapping Adjacent Roof Panels
Ⅳ-Overlapping Adjacent Wall Panels
B: Width of the profiled steel sheet, mm;
d: Width of the wave, mm;
h: height of the wave, mm;
t: thickness of the steel sheet, mm
